Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our SEO Repair Kit. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’ve established the following refund policy to protect both you and us.

1. Trial Period & Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • This 14-day trial period begins the day your payment is processed.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have made the purchase directly from us (i.e., through our official website or authorized reseller).

2. What Qualifies & What Doesn’t

  • You may request a refund for any reason within the 14-day period — for example, dissatisfaction with performance, feature fit, or if you decide the SEO Repair Kit is not right for you.
  • After the 14-day period, we cannot grant refunds, except in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion (e.g., material defects, failure to deliver promised features).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@seorepairkit.com with the following information:
    1. Your name
    2. Order number or invoice number
    3. Date of purchase
    4. Reason for refund request
  • We try to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing & Disbursement

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back via the same method you used for purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please note: depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds & Proration

  • Because this is a digital product with full access from day one, we do not offer partial refunds or proration. If you ask for a refund within the 14-day window, it will be for the full purchase price.

6. License Revocation

  • After a refund is issued, your right to use the SEO Repair Kit (including any licenses, updates, or support) will cease immediately.
  • You must delete or stop using all instances of the kit.

7. Support & Updates

  • You will have full access to support and updates throughout the 14-day trial period.
  • If you choose to keep the kit past 14 days, you will continue to receive updates/support for the duration of your license term, subject to the terms of service.

8. Exceptions & Discretion

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we have reason to believe the product has been misused, the terms of use have been violated, or the request is fraudulent.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., catastrophic failure, clear bug that prevents usage), we may grant a refund even after 14 days, at our discretion.

9. Policy Changes

  • We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
