Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our SEO Repair Kit. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, the following refund policy is in place to protect both you and us.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, the purchase must have been made directly from us (through our official website or an authorized reseller).

2. What Qualifies & What Doesn’t

You may request a refund for any reason within the 14-day window — for example, dissatisfaction with performance, features, or suitability for your needs.
After the 14-day period, refunds will generally not be granted, except in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion (e.g., material defects, failure to deliver promised features).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@seorepairkit.com and include:

  • Your name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request (optional, but helpful)

We respond to most refund requests within 3–5 business days

4. Refund Processing & Disbursement

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
Funds will be returned via the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account based on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Partial Refunds

This is a digital product that provides full access upon purchase. Therefore, partial refunds or prorated refunds are not available.
Approved refunds within the 14-day period will be issued for the full purchase price.

6. License Revocation

Once a refund is issued, your right to use the SEO Repair Kit (including all licenses, updates, and support) will end immediately.
You must discontinue use and delete all copies in your possession

7. Support & Updates

As an active customer, you will receive support and product updates for the duration of your license term, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

8. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we have reason to believe the product has been misused, terms of use have been violated, or the request is fraudulent.
In exceptional cases (e.g., critical failures, major bugs preventing use), refunds may be granted after the standard 14-day period at our discretion.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. The policy version in effect on your purchase date will apply.
